Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- We only offer store credit for returned items. No refunds will be issued unless item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personalised or custom orders
- Dummies, teethers or other hygiene-sensitive items like bathers
Store Credit
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we’ll issue you a store credit in the form of a digital gift card, sent via email.
- Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
How to Return
- Email us at omgboutiquebendigo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
